Young Leaders Council
United Way’s Young Leaders Council organizes a variety of volunteer opportunity for its members. Young Leaders volunteer opportunities include:
- Providing hands-on learning and mentoring through job-shadow opportunities
- Leading sessions on college preparation
- Arranging tours of local colleges, universities and professional training programs
- Organizing employment fairs and meetings with college graduates and alumni associations
- Helping with school and job application processes
